Minimum stays may apply in the booking system.
- Often 3, 4 or 5 nights
- Booking gaps may allow exceptions

Facilities
Value-card costs
Some shared facilities are billed by use.
- Shower: €0.30 per minute
- Cooking area: €0.10 per minute
- Washing: €4.00 via WeWash
- Dryer: €2.50 via WeWash
Electricity
Fair-use restrictions
Electricity may be billed by consumption for long stays or heavy use.
- Flat rate: €4.00 per night
- Consumption: €0.60/kWh + €2 once in some areas
- EV charging is not permitted without prior arrangement
Dogs
Bring your dog
Dogs are welcome in many touring cases, but not all rentals allow pets.
- Touring dog fee: €3.50 per night
- Rental caravan dog fee where allowed: €10 per night
- No pets in PODs, Small, Explorer or mobile homes
Rentals
Bedding and winter water
Rental guests should plan a few practical extras.
- Bring pillow, duvet and mattress covers
- Rental check-in from 15:00
- Rental check-out by 11:00
- Winter water can be turned off

Yes, Wi-Fi is free. Signal strength varies depending on your location.
EV charging is not included and is not permitted without prior arrangement.
During holidays and vacation periods, minimum stays of 3, 4 or 5 nights may be required in the booking system.
